Abrams’ "Lost" almost had a completely different cast
Survivors of a plane crash are forced to work together to survive on a seemingly deserted tropical island.. J.J. See which A-listers missed out on one of the most popular TV shows of all time. The character of Sawyer was originally supposed to be an older, suave, suit-wearing, inner-city con man from Buffalo, NY.

However, when Josh Holloway forgot a line in his audition and then slammed his chair down in frustration and cursed loudly, the writers liked the edge he brought to Sawyer’s character and decided to write Sawyer as a more Southern, darker drifter.. Jin and Sun are married and share the last name "Kwon", which becomes a major plot point in the final season. However, when Koreans get married, the wife never takes her husband’s last name. In fact, in Korea, it’s not even allowed to marry someone with the same family name, except in rare circumstances..

The strange opening credits were designed by J.J. Abrams on his laptop inside in black and white as an homage to The Twilight Zone.. I’ve watched a lot of TV in my life, maybe too much. However, this is the best TV series I’ve watched in years.

You just can’t predict what’s going to happen. Every week the show seems to tell you something new about the island and its inhabitants. I’m on the edge of my seat waiting to find out what’s going to happen, and then before I know it the show is over and I have to wait to find out what happens next. Absolutely amazing!
This show is amazing and I hope it continues to do well because so often fantastic American shows get canceled because the ratings start to dip or the hosts think the shows are too weird
I really hope the series continues so we get it here in England because it’s a fantastic series and I would love to have DVDs of this series so I can get all my friends hooked too.
